We make extensive use of Internat Relay Chat (IRC) as part of our community interaction and co-ordination of activities.

#strikr channel on OFTC is the official Strikr community IRC channel.

#strikr channel on Freenode is the official Strikr community IRC channel.

You need to register your 'nick' on IRC service to effectively and safely use the IRC.

IRC services provide a web interface for IRC chat.

We recommend using the following IRC clients

irssi is a highly configurable IRC client with text mode interface. The user contributed PERL scripts are maintained at https://scripts.irssi.org
